Our guiding principle when dealing with cancellations is fairness for both sides. A trip cancellation is unpleasant for guests, and for the hosts too. Cancellations must be made in writing to be valid. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
  • 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booked arrangement
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booked arrangement
  • In the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked arrangement
  • No-show: 100% of the booked arrangement
  • We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance 

To allow you to book and enjoy your holiday without any worries, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Up to 1 month before arrival: no cancellation fees
  • 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the booked arrangement
  • 14 days to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booked arrangement
  • In the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked arrangement
  • No-show: 100% of the booked arrangement
  • We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance

During your stay, you are welcome to charge all drinks consumed at the hotel bar or in the dining room to your hotel account. The final bill can be settled in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, EC card).

  • For an additional charge of €75.00 per trip, we are happy to collect our guests from Innsbruck Airport or Innsbruck railway station on arrival and take them back there on departure.
  • Your rooms will be ready from 14:00, earlier arrival is possible by arrangement.
  • Please vacate your room on your day of departure by 11:00. Should you wish to spend another pleasant day in the Stubaital, you are welcome to store your luggage with us.
  • Bathrobes are provided free of charge when booking half board and are located in your room.
  • Children’s-sized bathrobes are available at reception.
  • Our hotel bar is open daily.
  • You are welcome to charge your drinks to your room account.
  • The stop for the 590b bus (towards the glacier), which travels into the valley, is located diagonally opposite the hotel.
    The bus stop for buses 590b and Schlick2000, which travel down the valley, is located at the hotel.

  • There are two public electric vehicle charging stations at the hotel.
  • We kindly ask our guests to vacate them promptly once charging is complete.
  • Breakfast in winter: 07:30 – 10:00
  • Breakfast in summer: 07:00 – 10:00
  • Should you depart before breakfast, we will prepare a small breakfast to take away for you the evening before. Please inform the reception by 18:00 if necessary.
  • Dinner: 18:00 – 20:00
  • Small cake buffet in the fireplace hall: 15:00 – 17:00

We are happy to lend you mountain bikes free of charge; you can obtain detailed information at reception.

  • All rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
  • An overview of national and international programmes is available on the television.
  • You will receive your guest card upon check-in.
  • With this card you can enjoy discounts on numerous leisure activities in the region.
  • In summer, the Stubai Super Card is also included.
  • We would be delighted if you brought your pet along.
  • Pets are not allowed in the dining room.
  • Depending on table availability, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to eat in the Jäger-StĂĽberl and bring your dog.
  • Prices for your dog: €18.00 per day without food
  • The main entrance will be closed from approximately 23:00.
  • We kindly ask our night owls to take their room key with them.
  • The keyhole for hotel access is to the right of the entrance.
  • A night bell is also located to the right of the entrance.
  • The children’s playroom is located in the basement of the hotel, in front of the ski storage room.
  • Our children’s playground in the hotel garden is equipped with play facilities for all age groups.
  • Take advantage of our magnetic field offer. Magnetic field therapy can counteract sleep disorders and metabolic diseases. It has a restorative effect on the function of body cells, improves cell metabolism and increases the body’s own defences.
  • Coins for the magnetic field therapy are available at reception for a fee of €4.00.
  • The magnetic field mat is located in the basement.
  • Please arrange massage appointments at reception or in advance when booking your room.
  • Payment is made directly to the masseur (cash payment).
  • The mineral water provided in your room is free of charge.
  • We will gladly fill your minibar with additional drinks, which will be charged upon departure. Please inform the reception of your wishes.
  • We kindly ask you to silence your mobile phone in the wellness area, the garden and the dining room.
  • Please refrain from using your phone on loudspeaker in common areas, so as not to disturb other guests.
  • Stamps and postcards are available at reception.
  • We will gladly take your mail to the post office.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the hotel.
  • In winter, we offer a cosy, heated smoking area with ashtrays on the terrace.
  • We kindly ask you to use the balcony of your room for smoking. Please close the balcony door while smoking.

  • Our staff are available from 07:30 to 21:00.

  • All rooms have a safe.
  • Operating instructions are located by the safe.
  • If you need help with handling, please contact reception.
  • Skis, ski boots and hiking boots can be stored in the ski cellar (around the corner to the left of the hotel entrance).
  • A shoe warmer is also available; you can obtain the access code at reception.
  • Please do not take your ski boots to your room.
  • To ensure you can get directly onto the slopes without having to queue at the ticket office, we will gladly take care of your ski passes.
  • Please let us know when booking your room or by 18:00 the evening before.
    You can pick up your ski passes from 07:30 at our reception and we will add them to your room account.
  • For discounted ski passes (children up to 10 years, disabled persons, senior citizens), a copy of the photo ID is mandatory.
  • The Stubai Super Card is only available in summer and is included in your stay.
  • Valid from the day of arrival up to and including the day of departure, from around mid-May to the end of October. 
  • In summer, you are welcome to use our hotel’s own outdoor tennis courts.
  • Please register at reception; tennis rackets and balls are also available at reception.
  • A table tennis table is located in the basement of the hotel.
  • If you would like to be woken up in the morning, you can set the wake-up call yourself on the telephone:
  • Lift the handset, dial 92 and then enter the four-digit wake-up time (e.g. 0845 = 08:45).
  • Please inform the reception if you would like us to wake you up by phone.
  • The sauna is open daily from 15:00 to 19:30.
  • Please use the bath towels in the wellness area.
  • Swimwear is not allowed in the sauna.
  • Towels are available in front of the infrared cabin (open from 10:00). Please place these on the seat and on the floor in front of you.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
  • We will gladly provide you with your newspaper/magazine at breakfast upon request. Please inform reception by 21:00.
