All drinks you have at the bar or in the dining hall can be charged to your bill. The final bill can be paid in cash, but also by credit or debit card (Visa, Euro- Mastercard, EC-Card).

Our policy for cancellations is based on fairness for both sides. A holiday cancellation is unfortunate for guests and the hotel as well. Cancellations must be made in writing to be valid. The following cancellation regulations apply:

• up to 3 months before arrival date no cancellation fee
• 3 months - 1 month before arrival date 40% of the booked arrangement
• 1 month - 1 week before arrival date 70% of the booked arrangement
• during the last week before arrival date 90% of the booked arrangement
• no show 100% of the booked arrangement

We have adjusted our cancellation conditions so that you can book and spend your holiday without any worries.

•     No cancellation fees up to 1 month before departure;
•     29 to 15 days before departure 50% of the booked arrangement;
•     14 days to 1 week before departure 70 % of the booked arrangement;
•     7 days before departure 90 % of the booked arrangement;
•     100 % of the booked arrangement in the event of no-show on the day of arrival.
