Prices for Hotel Fernau

Price Information

• Additional charge for double room used as a single room: Surcharge € 20,- per day on the single room price Category B
  
• For our regular guests: 5% discount on half-board prices for Fernau VIP-cardholders (applies only for cash payment). The VIP-Card is allocated at the reception desk on request after your 6th visit.
  
• Children: Discount for children between 6 and 15 years using an extra bed in parents room according to price list. There is no charge for children up to 6 years and for cots which can be supplied on request.
  
• Pets: Small dogs and cats are allowed in rooms but not in the dining room. Costs: € 10,-/ day without food.
  
• Arrival and Departure: Rooms are to be vacated by 12.00 h on the day of departure. For rooms not returned by this time there will be an added charge of 50% of the day rate, this also applies to early departures. In order to plan your journey, please remember that rooms are available as of 14.00 h and will only be reserved until 18.00 h! Please inform us in case of delay.
  Cancellation terms and conditions: Only formal written room cancellations will be accepted. Up until 4 weeks previous to holiday begin there is no cancellation fee. After this a 3 day charge will be made.
  
• Terms of payment: On the day of departure at the latest, the hotel bill is to be settled by means of cash payment, EC-Card or credit card (Visa, Eurocard). Deposits to be credited to our bank account:RAIKA Neustift (BLZ 36285) Account-No: 4427-1
